Eddie has picked up his first potential race threatening injury of the season playing squash. A player who makes a name for himself by throwing himself at every ball and making elaborate dives, Eddie hit the wall hard yesterday and aggrivated a wrist injury sustained in previous games.
Eddie admitted to it being extremely tender and clicking whenever he moves it. He has been told to get it X-rayed before the first race of the season in a weeks time.
This is not the first injury he has sustained playing squash. He has injured both knees, both shoulders as well as his wrist. He has been described by his opponent as being a "liability". |
