It has been confirmed that Eddie will join Stephen Deuchar at the Lydd endurance race on May 29. A late entry, the team will just run with 2 drivers, as neither regular IMSD driver Ian Miller or Ian Wilson are available.
Nevertheless, the duo are are confident of a good result on the back of a more than encouraging race at Spa-Francorchamps two weeks ago.
"I think we should go for the win!" were Stephen Deuchars comments.
Eddie was just as confident, stating that "Lydd is one of my favourite circuits and has, without a doubt, been the kindest to me in the past. I think a top three finish is definitely realistic."
This will be Eddie's third outing for IMSD Racing in 2004 and he is will be desperately looking for a good result at a circuit that he likes. "Stephen is a great driver and I'm sure that we can pull a few surprises together. I'm looking forward to racing with him again!" |
